1. The number of persons to sleep in a van must not exceed 6.
2. The van is fully equipped and includes cooker, fire, toilet, shower, fridge, T.V, Microwave.
3. Gas and electric are included in the rent.
4. The tenant is responsible for breakage incurred during the let.
5. The tenant is responsible for leaving the van clean and tidy at the end of the tenancy.
6. A deposit should be returned with the signed form. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to date of arrival.
7. In the event of cancellation the deposit is forfeited.
8. The tenant must provide their own bed linen, towels, etc.
9. The let can only be accepted when this form is returned.
10. The tenant is responsible for the good behaviour of all persons occupying the van.
11. No let will be accepted from teenage groups.
